What we cover

  • MTB CoachingThe day is aimed at those of you who love riding off piste single track trails. Think techy, steep at times, sweeping berms and sniper roots. You don’t need to have all the skill, that’s what the morning session is for. We’ll pick a skill, break it down, build it up and unleash it in the afternoon trail adventure.
  • YogaThe day is aimed at anyone. Whether you have a thriving practise or have never tried it before, we have you covered. Your morning practise will help energise and warm the body ready for your skills session. Whilst your evening wind down will ensure you wake up the following day buzzing not groaning at your aching body.

With 10+ years of coaching knowledge and 15+ years of national and world cup racing experience Katy can adapt her coaching skills for any rider, of any level, with any goal.
