Description
This re-occurring monthly course that takes one skill every course and rips it apart!
Its easy, especially with coaching, to feel overwhelmed with so much information to take on board. The aim of these sessions is to focus on one skill for the full course and apply it in different situations, on different trails, at different speeds until you not only feel the difference but understand why, how and when certain techniques are needed.
Our aim is to build up a base of knowledge so each individual rider can gradually start developing their skills to start riding with more confidence and consistency. We have designed a structured program each month to develop your skills in a fun and safe environment to progress your riding safely with complete control. We look at all areas of riding to help push your performance on the bike, with the goal to become more fluid on the trails when it is needed the most.
At the end of the course each rider will have a clear understanding of how to continue the development of their riding to guarantee a constant development of progression for the skills we have covered. We have designed the day to build knowledge, confidence and skills in a fun, female only, relaxed environment so everyone can connect and feed off each other whilst progressing their riding.
This course is aimed at riders capable of already riding red trails and are looking to step up their riding. We will cover everything from the foundational skills to jumps to steep, technical trails over the course of the year. Our coaches running this course are currently using all the techniques covered in their own riding using our proven program to continually develop our own riding.
Each day will be held from 10am-1pm and held at the Cannop cycle centre. Meeting at Pedalabikeaway at 9.45 so we are ready to start for 10am.
This course will be held on a mixed variety of trails around the Forest of Dean. Riders attending the course must be capable of riding red trails comfortably. Each course may be slightly different depending on the riders booked on.
