The women’s only courses are designed to help women wanting to improve their skills in a relaxed and comfortable environment. It’s no secret that mountain biking is a male dominated sport but with these women only sessions it gives you the chance to ride and learn with other female riders. The course will offer the same quality of coaching as the mixed group sessions and will be designed around the riders attending the course.
This course will teach you the basics behind how to ride jumps and drops with confidence and control. No matter what your currant ability we will go back to basics and build up your skill level from scratch to give you the knowledge and skills to ride any size drops at any speed. You will learn the difference about how and where to pop or squash a jump, learning how to read each individual jump and the different techniques needed to get air. The course will leave you feeling confident about riding jumps and drops whilst being able to transfer your techniques to the trails to pop and float effortlessly over those technical features.
NOTE: Each group course may vary slightly to help focus on each riders individual progress
