Description

Female riders are one thing we, at Katy Curd Coaching, we are hugely passionate about. This course is developed for young female riders aged between 10-16 years old to learn young and develop their skills at a young age. Our aim is to teach everything from the basics of riding to those advanced skills in a fun, easy and encouraging environment.

We have designed the day to build knowledge, confidence and skills in a fun, female only, relaxed environment so the girls can connect and feed off each other whilst progressing their riding. Feel connected with the bike, learn to stay relaxed, over come fear. The aim of this course is to develop the skills of the young riders so they come away from the day wanting more and fired up ready to ride.

Our aim is too build speed, confidence and control, leaving the young riders full of confidence with a clear understanding of how to tackle trails with full commitment, in full control.

This course will be held on a mixed variety of trails around the Forest of Dean. Riders attending the course must be capable of riding red trails comfortably. Each course may be slightly different depending on the riders booked on.
